Why am I doing this?

I have the feeling that the raffles or whatever this giveaway events supposed to be is going to be a legal kind of gamble to gain attention by luring them with point raffles.
And not at all the chance for each participant is way much too low. If they want to start a raffle then only a limit of participants are allowed to have slightly a chance to win.
